Our accommodation—a fully renovated former farmhouse—is set in a secluded location amidst the rolling hills of the Alpine foothills. Take a break and enjoy hiking and cycling routes of varying difficulty. Relax in the spacious garden or explore the surrounding area. A small barbecue with accessories is available in the garden (not usable during increased risk of forest fires due to weather conditions). You can also enjoy a meditation trail, guided herb walks, horseback riding opportunities in the neighborhood, or a donkey hike in the nearby village—perfect for unwinding from everyday life. We provide information materials and are happy to advise you. We operate in a nature-friendly, climate-resilient, and environmentally conscious manner and support "slow travel." For shopping in the area (regional and organic), we provide a list of addresses. The "Teichblick" apartment features a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and private terrace. You will find modern, high-quality furnishings. The apartment can be combined with the adjacent "Studio" or the ground-floor "Gartenblick" apartment, which has two single rooms and is ideal for accompanying teenagers, parents, or grandparents. Note for parents: There is an unfenced pond on the eastern edge of the property. For stays of one week or longer, an intermediate cleaning of the rented apartment, including a change of bath and kitchen linens, is mandatory and included in the rental price.

The studio is our smallest unit at approximately 37 sqm. It features a combined living and sleeping area, a bathroom, a hallway, a separate kitchen, and a private terrace. Perfect for couples, with or without a small child. The studio is modern and well-appointed. Amenities include underfloor heating, a heated towel rack and a bathtub in the bathroom, a separate entrance, and a private terrace accessible from the kitchen. Garden furniture is, of course, provided. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four burners, oven, large fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave.
